Having a facial massage is a wonderful way to look after your skin, look younger and pamper yourself.The facial massage starts with a technique called gua sha. By gently stroking along the facial muscles and acupuncture channels and points, this technique encourages blood flow to the skin and plumps the skin up, making it look fresh and rejuvenated. This is followed by a relaxing massage to the face and neck using essential oils.I trained in the ancient Chinese art of gua sha and completed a postgraduate course in cosmetic acupuncture and facial massage.
